SHOPPING AT ZAECY

When you make a purchase through the Website, you are agreeing to buy Product(s) for the price stated, subject to indicated Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability at the time of dispatch. Zaecy will not provide services or products to any Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctioned countries per UAE law.

 

PAYMENT

Zaecy currently is only offering online payment via UAE-issued credit cards. However, in the near future shall provide customers with various payment methods, including cash on delivery, payment through credit card, debit card, and net banking.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If a customer is unhappy with their purchase, they may obtain an exchange within three calendar days of receipt of the goods as long as they are returned in the original delivered condition. Refunds for manufacturing defects (if approved by Zaecy) will be only made to the original mode of payment.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Zaecy assumes no responsibility or liability arising from any injury to individuals or property due to ownership, possession, or use of any product it manufactures, designs, sells or delivers.

At all times, the maximum liability to Zaecy is limited to the actual cost of the purchase or order value. Zaecy shall not be liable for any claims, irrespective.

The product colour and match appearing in the website is near indicative and could slightly differ in the actual appearance of the original delivered product/garment. Zaecy doesn’t offer refunds in such cases.
