TRANSPARENT SHIPPING POLICY
We currently only ship within the geographical boundaries of the United Arab Emirates and soon within the Middle East. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order/s. You will automatically receive the tracking information to the email address you provide at checkout or at the time of registration by our fulfilment provider. Kindly check your spam folder if you haven't received the tracking information within 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped within three business days, except on United Arab Emirates public holidays and weekend off days. You can track your order/s by typing in your tracking number on our fulfilment partner’s website.


PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payments online using credit or debit cards issued in the United Arab Emirates (such as Visa and MasterCard) and we currently accept payments only in AED. All your card payments are processed through our payment gateway partner, who uses military-grade encrypted and PCI-compliant payment processors. Zaecy doesn't store your credit card information. Zaecy offers no warranty or guarantees on the usage of your credit cards as they are bound by the policies of the card issuing agency, bank and/or institution ("Card issuer"). Any payment issue need to be resolved directly with the card issuer by the customer and Zaecy may not be able to support the customer to obtain refund/s or to process refund/s. 

CASH ON DELIVERY

  1. Cash on delivery (COD) is only available within the United Arab Emirates.
  2. After placing a COD order, our customer service team may contact you to verify the order details and shall be only processed upon successful verification.
  3. Failure to verify the order/s’ may result in cancellation by Zaecy with no further obligation to us.
  4. Orders placed using COD will be delivered within 48 hours, subject to product availability and delivery location.
  5. We request the customer to make payment to the delivery partner beforing receiving the package. Confirmation of delivery is required for any exchange or returns.
  6. COD orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from fullfillment center. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team in Phone +971- 556378320 or Email : care@zaecy.com
  7. Our return policy applies to COD orders also. For more details, please refer to our return policy section.
  8. In case of returns, refunds will be processed after verification and as per our return policy. The refund value will be credited to the original payment method within 14 days or customers will have the option of taking it as store credits for re-purchase of merchandise from Zaecy store. No refunds for delivery charges at all times and shall be deducted from the refund value.
  9. We reserve the right to cancel any order that we suspect to be fraudulent or placed with malicious intent.
  10. If a customer refuses to pay for the COD order at the time of delivery or customer shall not attend the delivery partner’s call, we may restrict COD option to such customers.
  11. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery address and contact information to ensure on-time delivery.

OTHER PAYMENT METHODS
Unfortunately, we don't accept payments via E-wallets, internet banking, foreign currency and cards issued outside of the United Arab Emirates. However, we are working to fix this and soon, you shall be purchasing our products using these payment methods.

CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES
Customers are liable at all times to pay duties and taxes as and when applicable and may be charged separately by Zaecy in the invoice to the customer.

As all orders are currently shipped only from the United Arab Emirates via Zaecy's fulfilment partner, customers may also be bound by the delivery cost, terms and conditions of the fulfilment partner for delivery/s.

Although Zaecy insists from time to time to the fulfilment partner/s and service provider/s to adhere to all health and hygiene standards as stipulated by United Arab Emirates health authorities, Zaecy doesn’t offer any guarantee, warranty or any liability against any risks, including health hazards that may happen or pose due to the negligence of Zaecy’ s service providers. Contact-free delivery can be organised upon customer request.

As per the law of the United Arab Emirates, Zaecy will not deal with or provide services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries.
