a) Validity: The Premium Membership Card is valid for one year from the date of issuance.

b) Discount Usage: The 20% discount is applicable to all products available on Zaecy.com, except for any items already discounted or on sale. To avail the discount, Gold Card members will need to enter the last few digits of their unique card code during the checkout process on the Zaecy.com website.

c) Non-Transferability: The Premium Membership Card and its associated benefits are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered cardholder. Sharing, lending, or selling the Premium Membership Card to others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the membership.

d) Card Replacement: In case of loss, theft, or damage to the Premium Membership Card, the cardholder must immediately inform Zaecy.com's customer support to request a replacement. A nominal fee may be charged for the issuance of a new card.
